The rooms at Grove Guest House were so cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where we could relax and enjoy our meals. I loved having my own en suite bathroom in the room, it made me feel like I had my own private space. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room were a great bonus, we could have a warm cuppa anytime we wanted. The free Wi-Fi and parking was a lifesaver, it made our stay at Grove Guest House convenient and stress-free. The flat-screen television in the room was a great addition, we could unwind and watch our favorite shows after a long day.

Personally, I found the showers in the private bathrooms a bit small, but others might not mind it.

The breakfast was okay and the bed was comfy. the room was spacious and clean but there wasn't any bathrobes. the location was great as it was right across from a grocery store and only a short walk to restaurants and shops.

The heating system wasn't working well and the room was freezing during our entire Christmas stay. the wifi was also slow and kept disconnecting which was annoying.

I always stay at this place. The staff found my lost headphones on my first visit. It has Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, Dryer, Electric kettle. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location of the guest house was perfect, with a choice of pubs nearby and it was next to the city centre. the room was fabulous, very comfortable and clean. It had a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, with lots of power sockets. the continental breakfast included a variety of food goodies that were replenished daily. the service provided by Carol, the owner, was incredibly helpful and she even left handwritten directions.

The guest house was not close to the transport hubs.

The room was recently decorated and spotlessly clean. The large corner shower with soft white towels and scented shower gel was a nice touch. The breakfast provided in the room was excellent, with a variety of options including fruit, cereal, yogurt, and fresh milk.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel without a satnav. The shower cubicle was quite small, which may not be comfortable for taller individuals.

The room was beautifully designed with a modern style and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the kitchen was well-equipped and even had a cupboard for each room. the process of receiving the keys was hassle-free as all the information was sent via email. the room and the toilet were spotlessly clean, and this cleanliness extended to the shared kitchen as well. the owner was extremely thoughtful, providing spare batteries for the TV remote and ensuring a friendly and accommodating experience without being intrusive. Breakfast in the room was a convenient option with ample choices available. a wonderful stay for business travelers.

We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay that there was absolutely no reason to complain.

Having breakfast in our room was a delightful experience. The variety of options available, along with the convenience of a microwave, made it even better. I loved the convenience of having a mini kitchen/breakfast area in my room. It was stocked with everything I needed for a fantastic breakfast. The fact that I didn't have to set a time for breakfast was a great idea, as I could enjoy it whenever I wanted. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was close to the Waterfront and right by the bus stop, making transportation easy. I could also easily walk to the town centre, which was a plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were kind and not intrusive, making me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

The service provided by the staff was impeccable, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were delighted to find that the room had free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a carpeted floor.
